    Increase your rate of drinking water per day; aim to get 5 to 7 glasses of water in a day. This will help you clear your skin and make it glow because it make easy for your body to flash toxins out. Tend to have a bottle of water with you all day to make sure that your body is hydrated all time.
    •  Perform body workouts


    Doing cardio exercises makes your skin glow beautiful because it stimulates blood flow and it is also best for your body that will make you stronger.
    • Wash your face before sleep at night
    During day time, your face is build up with oil, make up, dirt. Therefore clean your skin as part of your bedtime routine. Use gentle soaps that will make your skin feel tight and dry, rinse by splashing water on your face for about 10 splashes and then dry your skin with a towel or air dry if possible.
